Yoga as a way of life.
Embracing mindfulness, balance, and alignment on and off the mat.
My yoga journey began with a simple curiosity, leading me to bustling classes during my fashion industry career in NYC and later, in downtown LA, a couple of soul-nurturing sessions during lunch breaks. However, it was amidst the root-rattling experience of losing my father that my inquiry into the deeper meaning of life intertwined with my yoga practice. The allure of the fashion world dwindled, and I made a pivotal decision—I said goodbye to my 9-to-5 routine, immersing myself in a profound exploration. I embarked on a transformative journey, dedicating myself to a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at the very studio that had become my sanctuary.
Initially, my pursuit was to fortify my personal yoga journey, a quest to deepen my practice. Yet, as I embraced the art of guiding others through practice sessions during my training, an indescribable sense of fulfillment grew within me. This pivotal moment led to my transition from student to teacher, and upon completion, I was welcomed into the studio's fold as an instructor.
The impact of teaching yoga on my life transcends words. It has become the guiding light propelling me to consistently embody the teachings of mindfulness, fostering an unwavering commitment to show up authentically for my students. Through teaching, I've had the opportunity to cultivate inner awareness — an invaluable gift I'm privileged to pass on to my students, nurturing their journeys to forge a deeper mind-body connection, supporting their growth and transformation. I love being a student of yoga just as much as I love to teach it. I am currently continuing my studies and dedicating myself to a 500-hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) so I can continue to be inspired and show up fully for my students.
I offer private classes, in person and online, for those who feel called to invest in deepening their personal relationship with yoga as a way of life.

“My teacher, Janet Stone, taught me that yoga and asana does not have to be on a mat, and that contrary to popular belief, mats can actually be quite limiting. Since learning this and putting it into practice, I have expanded and explored much more fluid ways of being. Not just in my movement, but in my life as a whole”
Where in your life are you limiting yourself to the comfort zone of a metaphorical mat?
